Dear God, Today I would like to bow my head and give thanks that you are in my life. I know that there are days that I do not pay as much attention to you as I should, but I want you to know you really never leave my side or my thoughts. I know that you are here to guide me, even though sometimes I do not understand. But I also know if I am brave enough to trust in you, which I do, you will always show to me the way to your light; and I want to thank you for that. I know that there are days I must be patient as some days I just don’t understand, but then through some small miracles, you have always put a smile on my face, even through the roughest of storms. So thank you dear God, for reminding me on a daily basis, that you never really leave my side and that because of you I know I can handle it all, because you will be there with me. Amen

Wisdom From the Bhagavad-Gita - Today’s Quote:
“I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all. But whoever renders service unto Me in devotion is a friend, is in Me, and I am a friend to him.
Translation – God is not partial, nor should you be. If you befriend God you will be with him and he with you. As the saying goes “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!” This includes treating God as your friend and asking him to stay for dinner!

My Interpretation: Stay true to yourself and the laws of the universe, in other words, again, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” As long as you walk in God’s light, and do what is right in your heart, you will always be able to hold your head high, despite everything and therefore nothing can tarnish your name.

You’ve worked hard all week. Relax today, it’s Sunday! I remember when stores were closed on Sundays, so that you could relax and enjoy those around you. You will be better equipped for tomorrow’s business, if you rest your thoughts, relax and laugh a lot today. Lower your stress level and your workweek can start fresh tomorrow. This evening organize yourself for what you need to accomplish this week, write it down and as the week goes by check off your accomplishments. I find that by writing things down I can get the small stuff out of my head and accomplished quicker so that I can concentrate on the bigger picture.
