INSPIRATIONS FOR THE WEEK OF A SEPT. 7 – SEPT 13, 2008

This week’s inspiration comes as a question. What makes you happy? What brings you joy? What makes your heart smile? This week ask yourself these questions and then search them out. Dear God:
Spectacular things are emerging. A new awareness is in the air. God as we walk this week, let us discover the newness of life. The ever-changing seasons of your generosity. Let us bow our heads and say thank you and fill our hearts with gratitude for all that we do have, instead of dwelling on what we don’t have. Let us find a way to always see our glass as half full, filled to the top, instead of seeing it half empty or completely unfilled. Open our eyes, open our hearts, let past hurts or roadblocks, fade away and dissipate. Help us to be better not bitter and learn and grow from our experiences, good or bad. Help us to not shove things that we know we must sooner or later face under the carpet and pretend they are not there. Instead give us courage to face them, work through them, learn from them and be grateful that the experience came into our lives to help us grow and make us better individuals. Thank you God, for teaching us so many things and walking within us, always lighting the way. So this week God let us appreciate all the experiences and see things in a new light and know that no matter what, we’ll be able to work through them and grow closer to ourselves and discover what truly it is that makes us smile, what makes out heart glow; to light the way for others, whom maybe living in the dark. Thank you, for blessing us with your light. Amen

Tarot Card for the Week: Six of Pentacles
With this card we see a merchant holding a scale with coins and he is passing out his wealth to those in need. So this week be generous to yourself by finding things that make you abundant in all realms of your life. Spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, socially, etc. and then share that wealth with others. As your generosity, will bring great rewards back to you. In other words….Give a smile, get a smile, show love, receive love. Get the picture?

Wisdom From the Bhagavad-Gita: This Week's Quote (Chapter 9- 27-29)
O son of Kunti, all that you do, all that you eat, all that you offer and give away, as well as all austerities that you may perform, should be done as an offering to Me.

Thus you will be freed of all reactions to good and evil deeds, and by this principal of renunciation you will be liberated and come to Me.

I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all. But whoever renders service unto Me in devotion is a friend, is in Me and I am a friend to him.

Crystal for the Week: Diamond
A diamond represents purity, brining in the pure white light to assist you on your journey. It is also a symbol of love and wealth in all areas of your life, for oneself, towards others, etc. A diamond will help pin-point any holes in your life, so that you can have the opportunity to close the gap and transform it with love and white light, by facing the things you are most afraid of. Be careful though because the diamond even though it is very positive can also absorb negativities. So if you are being negative to yourself or others. Remember what comes around goes around. So only give out that which you want to be returned to you. The diamond also creates clarity and clears emotional blocks, especially in relationships, whether it be with a relationship with self or others. So this week gain clarity and let the diamonds light shine the way and let it transform your world into a happier, healthier, wealthier, loving place to be.

This week, share your wealth, share your knowledge, share your wisdom, so that it will all come back to you ten-fold, which will create a better, kinder more caring place to be.
